She spent 17 years as UK Marketing Consultant for the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, delivering consistent year-on-year visitor growth and earning a "Rising Star" recognition in the BA Holidays Travel Trends Report 2024. She served two terms as a Caribbean Tourism Organisation board member and is currently Marketing Manager at ARATOURS SA in Switzerland, leading brand strategy across their full portfolio of travel brands.
Lisa holds certifications in Sustainable Tourism Destination Management (George Washington University), Sustainable Luxury (Glion Institute) and Digital Marketing. She volunteers as a Sustainable Tourism trainer with Phoenix 4.0, an EU-funded project, and resides in Vaud, Switzerland.
